What I do

I always try my best to put my enthusiasm at the service of my profession to go the extra mile towards the mission.

My experience in my fields of competence taught me my communicative and leading skills, which make me able to guide the teamwork and effectively lead myself and others to achieve even what seems to be impossible.

Information Technology

I have worked constantly in the IT field for several years now.

At the moment I work for Dell Technologies, in the Montpellier site, from which the company manages the operations in southern Europe.

I work as a Technical Support Engineer, and I am tasked to assist our customers in the Italian market to manage and resolve technical issues on enterprise level equipment, in order to avoid losses in productive activity, offering proactive assistance and being on the first line to guarantee service continuity.

I’m glad to work in such a rapidly evolving environment and to be in touch with incredibly knowledgeable people both among my colleagues and the customer we work with. The environment at Dell Technologies is the best you could wish for to grow as a professional and as a person.

Before this experience I have spent some years working for two companies, DominioFaiDaTe.com and Giga.it, both operating in the web services field. I was tasked to offer technical assistance to the customers.

Thanks to my experiences I’ve perfected the communication skills that are needed to efficiently talk to the customers in a professional way which still shows concern and interest in assisting them to achieve what they need.

People working for people.

Psychology

I have earned a psychology degree in Sassari in 2021.

My particular degree course focused not only on classical psychology in its traditional clinical aspects, it also ventured deep into neurobiology and neurophysiology, two of the most fascinating fields I’ve had the chance to study in in my whole life.

Studying psychology has dramatically changed the way I perceive myself and others. By learning how the mind works and discovering our most hidden mechanics, we can better understand the dynamics that move us throughout life and in our relationships with others, protect ourselves from biases and be all in all reasonable, trustworthy, empathetic and fully functional and integrated people with solid values.

In such a rapidly moving and evolving world in which we are slowly but surely shortening our attention span in more than one way, it is so important to be able to get in touch with each other and focus on understanding and knowing the people around us in a real, positive and open way.

Human relationships are still what has always moved the world, and they will still be for a long time. Let’s take a deep breath and pay attention to them.

Music

Music has been a stable part of my life for as long as I can remember.

I am mainly a keyboardist, greatly passioned about electronic music and sound design, but I can also work my way around a guitar and a bass.

I am a vocal music enthusiast, in particular when it comes to music from the reinassance and the baroque. I have spent some years studying choral conduction and polyphonic music composition; and as a singer.

I have had the chance to sing in prestigious events in the classical music field, taking part into important competitions and festivals with vocal ensembles coming from all over the world.

I think music should be experienced and shared for its sheer beauty, and for its innate ability to bring people together. There’s no better feeling than seeing people dancing and singing along while you’re playing for them. It fills the hear and the soul with the greatest joy.
